At our office, we have a cancellation policy that includes a fee. If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us 24-hour notice to avoid our fee. We value your time and will work with you to schedule appointments around your daily engagements to prevent frequent cancellations.
Insurance & Payment
Our practice accepts most dental insurance plans. We are happy to bill your insurance as a courtesy but ultimately your benefits are a contract between yourself and your provider. If you are unsure about your insurance and what procedures they do and do not cover, please feel free to reach out to either our office or your insurance provider directly. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call us.
Cash, credit (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, & Discover), debit and CareCredit are acceptable forms of payment.
